Spring Break seemed to fly by! We had great weather and spent a lot of time outside. The kids had several play dates, the boys a sleepover, we saw The Lorax and enjoyed a surprise family overnight at the Great Wolf Lodge which included two days at the indoor water park. Good times!

| Treats, of course! |
Alex and Danica created Leprechaun traps which they left out Friday night to catch the little guy. Saturday morning we discovered both traps had been disturbed but he'd evaded capture. He did leave some donuts and green treats though!
 |
| Alex's trap: bubble wrap with an enticing lettuce leaf and a piece of tape for him to get stuck. |
 |
| Danica's: 'gold coin' trail leading to a box balancing on a stick with a broccoli and lettuce snack. |
On a sad note, GramE Jan's nephew, Chad Madden recently had a skydiving accident. He fractured his 2nd cervical vertebrae and has a spinal cord injury. He communicates by blinking his eyes and mouthing words, is on a ventilator to breath and has feeding tube. Please pray for a miracle. He's in his 30's and is in the Navy, so thankfully will have excellent medical care. Now hospitalized in Southern California, Jan and other family will stay with him until he is transferred to his hometown near Maryland. Here is his Caring Bridge link:
