In keeping with tradition, Gram E Jan (with new pajama bottoms and uber cool sleeping bags!) and Grandpa Tom were here.

| The kid in the chess club gets beat by Gram E while giving her lessons! Notice the frog pj's. |

| A heated game of pickle |

These two were pretty evenly matched!

| The glued on mustache didn't stick |

| Danica's first needle & threat experience, making yo-yo's. |

A zombie, Cars pit crew, veterinarian, Frankenstein. Sorry, the camera just isn't good in low light.

 |
| This was before Trunk or Treat at church where she stood in line for an hour to do a 30-foot high zip line. All by herself. Couldn't believe it!! |
 |
| I like how Linc's costume turned out; even the green toes sticking out from his shoes! |
 |
| Watching for trick or treater, Domino loved this night! |
Sports are winding down. The Braves baseball team finished their season undefeated! Scott found the boys a new bat with a bigger barrel and it really helped their hitting; no strike-outs since! The soccer team also played great; a 6-2 season with the second loss coming during the last game. Danica has one more Saturday game to play but their team has also done well, but nobody's keeping score.
A funny story about my nieces from my sister, just had to share:
Parent teacher conferences were yesterday afternoon. Neither Emma nor Maelyn were present for theirs. At dinner, when we were telling the girls how things went, I said, “It was so disappointing. Your teachers said you were lazy and disruptive. She said you run with scissors and set a poor example for the other students. She can’t count on you to be responsible and you are noisy. You’re a pain to have in class, you are not learning what you are supposed to, will probably need extra special help and will repeat your grade if you don’t shape up.” This is all basically the opposite of what their teachers really said, and a general idea of the fun I was poking. Maelyn, sitting next to me, looks over and says, “Was that mine?”
Gotta love her.
