OK, so we'll see how this goes- blogging that is. I feel so technologically 'dated'-- I don't even text on my phone (if you call the brick I use once a week a phone!), and don't ask me what twittering is.
We've been fishing several times this week, and Alex was the first to hook one (well, with the exception of a friend who borrowed his pole and got lucky on his first cast). He was very excited, but didn't want to get near. Bay on the other hand, was quite curious and nearly took a swim by leaning so far into the lake to to figure out where it'd disappeared to.

Today Danica, upon having a hard time taking a nap was overheard on the monitor, figured out saying, "Mommy?.. look at this, watch this" wasn't working, so instead tried, "Carla, look at this, watch this", then, "Aunt Carla, look at this.." Now she's out cold.
Welcome to the blogging world, Carla! I loved the "Gatorade" comment; this sounds like something my boys would say. The Magic Treehouse books are great...have you gotten any "Jigsaw Jones" books for your boys? They are Burke's favorite and what got him really hooked on reading chapter books.
